The description is rather detailed and saying the same thing over and over. At the end of the day, this is a toy/tool to add some reaction force, which is helpful to speed things up or if you don’t have strong muscles it can cover that up to some extend. That being said, the product is sturdy and comfortable, and does the job, but it’s not gonna make new things possible which were not before!
